Verboten Motorsport is a UK based designer of Porsche Parts and Components for your car. Our original product was the Titanium Exhaust Header Studs for the Porsche 911 996 and Boxster 986. These titanium studs were manufactured out of frustration with the OEM Porsche steel bolts snapping off when the exhaust manifold required removal. We now manufacture titanium studs ,nuts fixings and bolts for nearly every Porsche from 1967 to current models.
We have a small team of skilled engineers and have increase the number of products we now manufacture we also stock the Top Gear Exhaust range and can offer next day delivery if the parts are in stock.

Titanium Exhaust Studs
We manufacture high precision titanium studs to replace the OEM Porsche bolts that attach the exhaust manifold or exhaust header to the cylinder head.
Since the OEM bolts are steel and the cylinder head of your Porsche is manufactured from aluminium there is a galvanic reaction between the two parts added to the fact constant heat cool of the engine cycle and the years of accumulated crud from the roads gives perfect condition for the corrosion to seize the OEM bolts into the head.
When removing the exhaust manifold of your Porsche the result is snapped off bolts. We supply both replacement studs manufactured in titanium to eradicate this issue permanently.
